   Nosotros have a family unit account with 2 adults and three children. All but one of the accounts is fine. For one child we cannot access Online Safety to enable him to play Fortnight.

   We have been (for months and using 2 separate consoles + using PC) getting the following message when we attempt to access

   Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety

   Nosotros were unable to load your settings at this time. Please endeavor again later.

   At that place is no troubleshooter or fix given. The "Privacy" and the "Xbox 360 Online Safety" are both fine for this child.

   Firstly I am not in a family group ( I ve tried that once, as I mentioned above, to see if I can bypass my issue)

   Secondly I cant change any settings in the Xbox I/Windows 10 Online Safety tab due to my result (I am getting for months at present this bulletin: "We were unable to load your settings at this time. Please endeavor once more later on"

   After joining a family unit group with an adult, follow these steps to change your privacy settings.

   Sign in to your Microsoft account.

   https://www.xbox.com/

   Select your gamertag, and and then select the More actions push button (…).

   Select Xbox settings, and then select Privacy & online condom.

   Note Considering you're accessing sensitive info, yous may have to enter your password or passkey.

   Select the gamertag for the account that y'all want to manage.

   Select either the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab or the Privacy tab.

   Review the current settings and update any that you desire to change, and and then select Submit to salve the changes.
